| Management Board of TIM S.A. notifies that on 22.03.2018r it made a decision to review options strategic for subsidiaries and jointly controlled entity of TIM SA. The review will, among others, include selection of the optimal option for further development of companies, search for a new strategic investor, conclusion of a strategic alliance, making of another transaction, as also not undertaking any activities. At present, no decisions related to the selection of a specific strategic option have been made and there is no certainty if any decisions are to be undertaken in future. |
