Overview of Strategic Options for TIM Capital Group

| Management Board of TIM S.A. notifies that on 27.09.2019 it made a decision on the commencement of a process of overview of strategic options for TIM Capital Group. The overview shall include selection of the optimal variant of the implementation of the long-term objective of TIM Capital Group which is the increase of the value for shareholders. At the current stage of the overview, various options will be considered by the Management Board, such as: conclusion of a strategic alliance, acquisition of a significant investor, contracting of another transaction, as also not undertaking any actions. In the nearest future the Management Board of TIM S.A. is planning to conclude agreements with external advisors who will assist the Management Board in the realization of the overview of strategic options. At present, no activities related to the selection of a specific strategic option have been undertaken and there is no certainty if any activities will be undertaken in future. |
