| TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław _ hereinafter “Issuer”_ notifies that on 16 June 2021 the Issuer’s subsidiary – 3LP S.A. with its registered office in Siechnice – commenced preliminary preparatory activities to carry out the initial public offering _IPO_ of 3LP S.A. shares and to admit the company’s shares to trading on the regulated market operated by Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. – Warsaw Stock Exchange. IPO is being considered in order for 3LP S.A. to collect funds to finance the company’s further development. |
