| With reference to the current report No. 14/2021 of 19.05.2021 “Announcement of convening Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. for 15.06.2021” the Company TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław, notified that on 01.06.2021 it received from a Shareholder of TIM S.A. – Mr. Krzysztof Wieczorkowski – a nomination of Mr. Grzegorz Dzik for a Member of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. in the elections to the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A., which will be held at the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA convened for the date of 15.06.2021.
Attached to this report, in order to allow the Shareholders of TIM S.A. to become acquainted with the candidate prior to the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A., the Company submits a professional resume of Mr. Grzegorz Dzik and a declaration – consent of Mr. Grzegorz Dzik to run in the elections to the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. |
