| Acting pursuant to Article 5, section 4 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information provided by securities issuers and conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by law of a non-Member State (Dz.U. of 2018, item 757 (“TIM S.A.”) with its seat in Wrocław, informs that on 25.03.2019 Ms Anna Słobodzian-Puła, a Member of the Board of TIM S.A., submitted her resignation from the function of a Member of the Board of TIM S.A. effective as of 31 March 2019. |
