| The Management Board of TIM SA informs that on 19 September 2018 it received confirmation that TIM SA on September 18, 2018 acquired 2,499,111 shares of Rotopino.pl SA. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz for PLN 2.60 _in words: two zlotys and 60/100_per share. The transaction will be settled on 20/09/2018.
Prior to the transaction referred to above, TIM SA held 7,410,640 shares, constituting 74.1% of the share capital which entitled to 7,410,640 votes at the General Meeting of Rotopino.pl SA, which is a share of 74,1% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Rotopino.pl SA. After the transaction referred to above, TIM SA holds 9 909 751 shares of Rotopino.pl SA, representing 99.1% of the share capital which entitle to 99.1% of the votes at the General Meeting of Rotopino.pl SA, which represents a share of 99.1% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Rotopino.pl SA. The Management Board of TIM SA indicates that the above information has been considered confidential within the meaning of the definition set out in Article 7 MAR due to the fact that the acquisition of the qualifying holding in Rotopino.pl SA will have an impact on the financial results of the TIM Capital Group. |
