The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław hereby announces that on 12.04.2018 Mrs Ewa Folta – a person closely related to Mr Krzysztof Folta, the President of the TIM SA Management Board, notified the Company on the acquisition of TIM SA shares.
