The appointment of Members of TIM SA Supervisory Board

TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław informs that the Annual General Meeting of TIM S.A on 13 June 2018 appointed Mr Grzegorz Dzik and Mr Leszek Mierzwa members of the Supervisory Board of the Company.The terms of office of the above TIM SA Supervisory Board Members expires at the latest on the date of the Annual General Meeting of TIM SA approving the financial statements of TIM SA for the year 2020.

According to the statements made to the Company:
-Mr. Grzegorz Dzik does not conduct any competitive activities in relation to TIM SA, neither he participates in any competitive company as a partner of a civil-law partnership, a partnership or as a member of such company’s body, nor he participates in any other competitive  legal person as a member of its bodies;
– Mr. Grzegorz Dzik has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the KRS Act.
– Mr. Leszek Mierzwa does not conduct any competitive activities in relation to TIM SA, neither he participates in any competitive company as a partner of a civil-law partnership, a partnership, or as a member of such company’s body nor he participates in any other competitive legal person as a member of its bodies;
– Mr. Leszek Mierzwa has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the KRS Act.

Mr Grzegorz Dzik’s and Mr Leszek Mierzwa’s CVs have been attached to this statement.
