| The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław informs that on June 29, 2020 the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA appointed Mr. Krzysztof Wieczorkowski as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The mandate of Mr. Krzysztof Wieczorkowski, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TIM SA, expires at the latest on the date of the General Meeting of TIM SA approving the financial statements of TIM SA for year 2022.
