The appointment of TIM SA Management Board members

| The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław, acting pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Eminent of Securities and the Terms and Conditions for the Recognition as Equivalent of the Information Required by the Laws of a Non-Member State_Journal of Laws of 2009r, No. 33_ , informs that on 09/04/2018 the Supervisory Board of TIM SA shortened the term of office of TIM SA Management Board constituted of the following members : Krzysztof Folta – the President of the Management Board, Anna Słobodzian-Puła – a Member of the Management Board, Piotr Tokarczuk – a Member of the Management Board from the three-year term of office to the two-year term of office. The terms of office of the above TIM SA Management Board Members will expire at the latest on the date of the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA approving the financial statements for 2017. The Supervisory Board of TIM SA decided to shorten the term of office of the TIM SA Management Board upon request of the TIM SA Management Board for the reasons related to the change of organizational structure and the need to establish new goals, competencies and responsibilities of the TIM SA Management Board Members for the incoming years.
At the same time, the Supervisory Board on 09/04/2018 appointed the Management Board of TIM SA composed of the following three members: Krzysztof Folta – the President of the Management Board, Anna Słobodzian-Puła – a Member of the Management Board, Piotr Tokarczuk – a Member of the Management Board. The common three-year term of office of the TIM SA Management Board Members commences on the date following the date of the Annual General Meeting of TIM SA approving of the financial statement of TIM SA for the year 2017. The terms of office of the Members of the TIM SA Management Board will expire at the latest on the date of the Annual General Meeting of TIM SA approving the financial statements of TIM SA for the year 2020. The details of the new members of the TIM SA Management Board i.e. information on their education, qualifications, previously held positions along with a description of the course of their professional work are available in the attachment. |
