About us

Reporting violations

Mutual trust, reliability, honesty and straightforwardness, both inside and outside the company, are fundamental principles deeply rooted in the corporate culture of the Würth Group, a part of which is also TIM SA. The Group’s commitment to these values was first set out in the Corporate Philosophy written by Reinhold Würth in the 1970s.

Every employee of the entities making up the Würth Group is obliged to act in accordance with our principles. We expect every employee to abide by the law and our principles. No conduct that violates the law or our principles will be tolerated. This includes reporting any such offences to the relevant authorities. It is a sign of moral courage and responsibility on the part of all employees.

In order to achieve this objective, the Würth Group has established a reporting procedure that makes it possible to draw attention to any irregularities in the working environment of companies in the Würth Group. Thanks to our SpeakUp reporting system, you can stay completely anonymous when providing information on irregularities or even criminal activities.

The reporting person can use a postbox to communicate with an employee of the relevant reporting department. When using such a postbox, confidentiality is still ensured in terms of identification and personal data, both of the reporting person and the reported person. Every person reporting irregularities is protected against any form of discrimination.

All reports are processed in a strictly confidential manner by responsible compliance specialists at the Würth Group level, in close cooperation with relevant managers. The persons entrusted with the processing of reports are independent, impartial and not bound by instructions. In particular, they are obliged to maintain confidentiality.

As soon as we receive your complaint or report, but not later than within 7 days, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt. We will then investigate the suspicious facts you reported and clarify any outstanding issues. Within 3 months of receiving the acknowledgement, you will get feedback on the follow-up actions that are planned or have already been taken, as well as the reasons for them.

If a user who sent a report would like to personally meet the person responsible for accepting it, we will make it possible within a reasonable time. If you agree, this meeting can also take place via a video and audio transmission.

Any information and documents provided to us will, of course, be treated as strictly confidential and compliant with the applicable data protection laws. We will keep the user’s identity confidential and provide effective protection against any discrimination.

In addition to the internal bodies within the Würth Group, you can submit your reports to external bodies. In Poland, pursuant to the Whistleblower Protection Act adopted on 14 June 2024, external reports may be submitted to a competent public authority or the Commissioner for Human Rights.
